Awful setup. Truly teribad.
Your ship epically fails as a tackler or a support ewar ship. It's scan res is so rubbish that all cruiser sized ships and likely some BCs are gone before you can lock. Worse, you have less than a 24km point range on a gallente recon.
Any neut screws you, your top speed is garbage (lol trying to maintain point on a target with multiple hostiles using an AB and a 22km scram only) and despite EFTing, it's not very practical trying to keep multiple targets out of range from you with one scram.
Also 2 damps don't actually stop most BS from locking you at your scram range. And 3x mag stabs with 3x medium railguns? Really?
Finally the arazu and lachesis BEG to have a probe launcher fit to them which is a huge asset to any small roaming gang. Though I suppose if you have falcons in gang already your prober is covered. |

It takes you 4.9 seconds to lock eft's default cruiser. That's the same amount of time a 800mm plated thorax takes to warp. So all minmatar, all caldari, and all non-plated cruisers are gone before you lock with you having roughly .2 seconds to lock amarr cruisers. And that's before uncloaking delay. If you're also uncloaking everything is long gone by the time you have tackle.

No one has friends. Never in the history of eve has an extra hostile showed up! Even the coasting from a MWDing whatever approaching you can land them in neut range briefly.

Actually, I was wrong here, you were correct. 2 damps with the rigs brings a max skilled, ganged, raven to 21km lock range. That gives you 1km leeway where you can point him but he can't target you... A sensor booster and you're **** out of luck.
